Located in Cimarron County, Boise City is in the only county in the United States that is bordered by four states other than it’s own – Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, and Kansas. Boise City has a municipal airport; recreation facilities including a golf course, a swimming pool, a rodeo arena, and a park; a 25-bed critical access hospital; a hotel constructed in 2024; and a museum, among other things.
